The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

The view from our perfectly decorated suite was exceptional - it felt like sleeping on the lake! Amenities in the room made us feel at home right away. The restaurant was wonderfully gastronomic with perfect service. The gym had the best equipment I have ever used. It was very hard to leave and we look forward to our next visit!!!

Just a 2-minute walk from the shore of Lake Zug and 1 km from Zug Train Station, Youth Hostel Zug offers WiFi access in public areas. Just everything was so perfect! I did good choice !! From 🇲🇳
