DOVETE soggiornare qui! La host Jenny è stupenda, gentilissima, simpatica, disponibile.. è quello che fa la differenza in queste occasioni. Ha provveduto a comprarci l'entrata per la Tianmen Mountain, spiegandoci come muoverci, come raggiungerla, gli orari migliori e si è rivelato tutto perfetto.

I signori della reception molto disponibili e simpatici. Non c’è la pulizia giornaliera ma d’altra parte ci sta visto il prezzo del soggiorno. C’è tutto nelle vicinanze e fronte struttura la sera c’è lo Street food. Vicino all’entrata del Parco, si arriva a piedi dietro l’angolo. Tornerei volentieri.

When we arrived, Steven helped us to plan our activities in Zhangjiajie, which is great, as you have a true local giving you the information of what is worth to see, and how long it takes to see it. This is something we haven't experienced anywhere before, and it really made our trip feel very personalized, and well planned. He also suggested some restaurants for us to try, and we would never have found them by ourselves. The food there was delicious! Everything in the city is close to the hotel, and accessible with DiDi, so you are never far away from anything, and if you have any problems with DiDi, Steven can help with booking them for your trips to the attractions. The breakfast dumplings and meat pancakes were also delicious. The atmosphere and the overall feel of the hotel is very friendly and homey, and it is not as official and soulless as the big hotel chains. All in all, I would say that we will never forget the experience we had in Zhangjiajie, not only because of the gorgeous scenery, but also because of our amazing host Steven and this hotel.
