I asked them to book a Michelin-starred restaurant for dinner since I don’t speak Chinese, and they not only secured the reservation but even called the restaurant to inform them of my delayed flight — so impressive! The free airport shuttle is amazing — they called our room to let us know exactly when it was ready, and it picked us up right at the hotel entrance. The room was simple, comfortable, and the shower with temperature control, LED display, and dual shower heads was really cool. If you need a convenient place near Shanghai Pudong Airport, this is perfect. Highly recommended!
