He assigned Mahmoud, to be with us all our stay and take us around the village and help us with anything we needed. Both Mohammed and Mahmoud were great, we spent a wonderful evening with them around the fire. I highly recommend this property.

I ate out most of my stay, hired a jeep driver and toured around all the time and still ended up paying less than what other hotels in Tunis charged. Tunis is a lovely village on its own, perfect to enjoy the Egyptian countryside without giving up 'western' comforts. With the help of a driver, at a very reasonable price, one can also explore the wonderful Fayoum area which is really rich with naturalistic and archeological sites that are worth visiting
