The mattresses are quite firm — better than soft for us — and the rooms were spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In October, the hotel was nearly empty and the temperature was quite low, so the outdoor pools and beach were closed, but the hotel itself is amazing and very quiet. The spa is incredible, featuring a sauna, ice-cold room, steam room, whirlpool, and salt room — all very relaxing. Kindly note that in the sauna, nudity is allowed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely visit again!
