First of all, I wholly appreciate how responsive and helpful Tony as the co-owner of the property is! It's always nice when you're able to communicate your inquiries and concerns freely to the owner and they actually actively seek to answer and help you resolve your issues. As my impression for the house, I really liked that it's a very pretty and aesthetically pleasing one with a bigger than average parking space. It's also great that you don't get charged for the parking since it's a residential house and the parkway is right in front of your door. Other than the fact that the house is quite pretty on its own, I was particularly pleased with how well-furnished the place is. The ACs cover a huge portion of the house (the only AC-less area is the hallway to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor which doesn't matter because you won't be hanging out in the hallway) and all of them work perfectly fine. It has a working and adequate kitchen which makes heating up and cooking your own food easier, a spacious fridge, a comfortable sofa and a huge smart tv that is easy to navigate in the living room, and very comfy beds that help you wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. The property is inside a gated housing complex so security is guaranteed, it also happens to have access to a beautiful swimming pool and a large enough gym, which unfortunately we didn't get to use a lot, but it's really nice that we had that option. I was also allowed to bring my 3 cats with me and the extra cleaning fees for my furry companions was actually reasonable enough (100k IDR for every cat that I brought).

I especially enjoyed the fact that the hotel allowed me to bring my furry pet friend and keep him in my room unlike other hotels in Jakarta or Indonesia, most of which don't allow travelers with pets. There was only a small pet deposit fee that is typically being refunded upon check-out. All hotel staff knew about my pet and provided everything we needed to feel well accommodated in their space.

Fraser Residence Menteng Jakarta terletak di lokasi yang strategik di Jakarta Pusat. Ia menawarkan sebuah kolam renang luaran serta bilik wap dan kemudahan sauna. Was nice long stay at Fraser residence with family. Bed really comfortable, Aircon work perfectly fine. My kids like the pool. Food at the restaurant was nice (We ordered for room service, dunno about the breakfast since we never had breakfast there) All the staff friendly. I left my items there but luckily they found it . Thanks to the staff for it. I might consider to stay here again.

I stayed overnight with my daughter, and we both loved the bed and pillows! So comfortable. And the staff was very friendly, from the security guards to the receptionists. The room is also very spacious, and the facilities in the room are complete. Everything was in order. The floor of the living room was a bit dusty, but since we didn't stay too long in the room, it was OK. I asked for late check out, and they kindly gave me till 1 pm. Since I had an online meeting till around 12.45, I was worried that they would rush us, but they didn't! (I had a bad experience with a hotel calling me when I was not out of the room at 12.30 when we asked for a late check out). We chose this hotel because of its location: right next to Lotte Avenue, which made it easy since we wanted to watch a theatre that night in Ciputra Art Center.

Everything is quite new and very clean. The water station in the room was nice to have. There is a sauna, hot pool, pool and gym in the residence. Everything is easily accessible, same for the mall nearby. Self check in and check out.

Great value for money. The owner, the location, people and overall vibe is exceptional. You should definitely visit this place if you are on the budget, but seek authentic experience in Jakarta.

Very good location for family. 20-30 min to and from Soetta Airport. Near to shopping mall and easy access to public transport. Playground, pool and also gym are available. We had a pleasant stay here! The owner is also nice, helpful and give us many important information about laundry, convenience store, recommended foods around the apartment. We would love to come back and stay here!
