In our room we did not hear any noise, I slept so well. Integrated in nature. Positive thing that late in evening staff found for us place in restaurant, and it is working till late time. Good hot tub, and open till late. )) One of the best hotel in Iceland.

Set next to Hof turf church, this hotel offers an on-site restaurant and free WiFi. Skaftafell National Park is 15 minutes' drive away from the hotel. Cape of Ingolfshöfdi is 3 km away. Excellent option for 4 people to stay in one room. Extremely clean and well appointed. Our room have an attached courtyard to sit out in which would have been super cute if the weather and time had allowed. Showers were a great size and clean. Heated towel rack, radiators and hair dryer. Small mini fridge was handy. Restaurant food was ok and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. Best complimentary buffet we came across. Staff were friendly and accommodating and communication was excellent. I had messaged through booking site to reserve for dinner and the response was within minutes! Beds were comfortable and we had a great quiet sleep.

We loved the restaurant in the hotel and our service was excellent. This was the only Fosshotel our group stayed at while in Iceland as they were generally more pricey than our other accommodations, but we thought it was well worth it!
