So clean, they clean everyday and it’s always spotless. The host is so lovely. Her dog is so cute and friendly too! Sometimes he’ll greet you at the door, this meant so much to me especially when I was missing my dog at home. The neighborhood is AMAZING. I love Koenji so much. A perfect, calm getaway from the city with still plenty of things to do. Great restaurants, thrifting, karaoke, parks, and Japanese vibes. Also Nakano is a 20 min walk away and they have a mall with Uniqlo and everything else you’d need. It’s easy to meet other people and make friends! Women-only was awesome and made me feel really safe. I can’t wait to go back and spend my entire Japan trip here. I shouldn’t have bothered with any other hotels. Nothing compares to Grapehouse Koenji!

The Peninsula Tokyo pampers its guests with a spa centre and a fitness club with a swimming pool and sun loungers, overlooking the Imperial Palace Gardens. Great restaurants and service, large room with good views, pool and spa and opposite one of the mid town centres with restaurants, Christmas lights and coffee shops. A short walk to all the fun of ginza shopping and food. We’ll be back !

The room was very nice, well equipped, the city view from 12th floor was spectacular. This hotel has a treasure -its beautiful garden, so rare and precious in the centre of the huge city. The staff speaks English and very helpful. The breakfast devided in two parts, western and Japanese. We tried western breakfast, it was delicious a la carte.

The apartment is newly built and designed just as advertised. It's very clean and spacious. Although the property is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station, it's worth every step once you're inside. Highly recommended for families or large groups visiting Tokyo

The space features an open, architectural design with minimum aesthetics. It was also quiet at night, making for a peaceful stay.

Excellent and modern property that we stayed in on 2 separate occasions on our family visit to Japan. 3 comfortable and well-sized bedrooms along with 2 bathrooms all with new fittings and comfortable beds. Large dining/living area with large screen TV. Balcony to sit out on and all facilities worked well. Quiet, mostly traditional neighbourhood was welcome after the hectic atmosphere of central Tokyo. Stairs are not as steep as more traditional properties but still require some care. Owners communicated well and were generous to us. Having stayed in 6 accommodations across Japan this was clearly our family favourite and I'd highly recommend.
