Eresha went above and beyond to assist us with transit, sorting out SIM cards, and providing guidance on local attractions. And let's not forget about the food – it was absolutely incredible, a delicious reflection of her generosity and hospitality.

They have a pair of caretakers who look after us well. Location is quiet, and very near to Mt. Lavinia Hotel. Don’t judged the place by the exterior of the building, it is an oasis in there. The room is clean and nice, with air con and a ceiling fan. Mosquito net draped over the bed and the bathroom is also equipped with amenities + hot water. We asked for omelettes and toast for our breakfast and it was done perfectly.

Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. For me, this place has become more than just a hotel—it’s my second home. Whenever I return to Sri Lanka, I won’t be looking for another place to stay, because I’ve already found the perfect one. 💖

After a few minor misunderstandings at the beginning, we were warmly welcomed into this little corner of paradise just outside Colombo. Thanks to Chandrika, a truly wonderful host, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of four, and each of us had a perfectly furnished private bedroom — a real comfort during our stay. The apartment is beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. The residence itself is safe, with guards at the entrance, and offers excellent facilities: a beautiful swimming pool and a tennis court, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although slightly outside the city center, tuk-tuks made it easy and convenient to reach everything we needed. Breakfast, prepared daily by Chandrika, was always delicious, generous, and varied — a real highlight of our stay. In short, this place is not only worth trying once, but definitely worth coming back to. Highly recommended!
