The staff is really nice and the island is beautiful. They say you should not expect a hotel stay which makes sense, but we thought it was so much more than that because it just feels like paradise. You have hammocks all around the property and areas to just sit and chill. You can rent bikes for the island and explore the nature and wildlife.

Tony was very responsive before my arrival, super friendly, and has all the info. The house is in a great location, I had a room facing the street and it never bothered me (and I'm actually a light sleeper). The room was cozy and I enjoyed the balcony (especially the kettle lol). Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely visit Jaffna again and stay at Tony's!

Location - 15 mins taxi Palaly Int Airport; 5 mins drive Inuvil railway station; 10/15 mins drive Jaffna; 5 mins drive Chunnakam. The actual physical location is attractive in its serenity. Its located in a quiet lane on Manipay Road overlooking agricultural land owned/rented by smallholders. Noise and external interference is absolutely minimal.

Situato a Jaffna, a 4,4 km da Nallur Kandaswamy Temple, Fox Jaffna prevede una piscina all'aperto, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un giardino e una sala comune. La nostra famiglia ha amato tantissimo questo piccolo hotel. E' importante capire il contesto, quindi non aspettatevi il lusso dei boutique hotel di Habarana o Galle; in compenso Fox Jaffna è un posto autentico ed ha una sua anima vibrante. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina molto pulita. Il cibo è ottimo, va provato assolutamente. La sera si cena nel patio del ristorante o ai tavoli sistemati in giardino, tra luci soffuse ed un'atmosfera molto rilassante. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è impareggiabile. Ci ha molto colpito la professionalità dello staff: veloce, attento, disponibile e gentile. Un passo avanti rispetto ai vari hotel 5 stelle provati nel nostro viaggio in Sri Lanka. Un grazie particolare ad Amith, che con la sua presenza costante, ma discreta, ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

The family that manage the apartment they were very charm and kind. They had 3 children which my child enjoyed a lot playing. Very nice time with them.

Outside is very quiet. Terrace area you can you to have a small party... the lady who taking care of this place was very kind. she gave us dinner. I recommend this place to everyone who looking for clean and calm place to stay your vacation.

Literally on the beach, bungalow/tent clean and comfortable. Extremely nice young owner, will do everything he can to help you, including driving you to the jetty, organise food for you, lend you a bicycle (perfect way to go around the island)... Really a pleasure, and some real holidays...
