It's an off-road adventure to reach the cabins! The father is a true gentleman who picked us up when our taxi broke down, and then also drove us to ella when a taxi driver couldn't be found. Amazing. They also organize treks into the rainforest. Plan at least 2 nights here: you'll love it!

The room was good size and comfortable, A/C and internet worked well, the host was friendly and attentive. There is a kitchen and a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the coffee and spot peacocks and other birds. The bathroom has a bath tub which was nice.

Dengan pemandangan taman, Secret House terletak di Dikwella dan mempunyai restoran, dapur berkongsi, bar snek, taman, teres dan barbeku. We had a great time at Secret House, and I can’t speak highly enough of the place and the host. The location is central but quiet. It has a front garden with monkeys visiting and two dogs keeping an eye. Both are well trained and friendly. The room is super clean, bathroom in perfect condition, really comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast is also available, and it’s not to be missed! Amila prepared it exactly our favorite way. He was kind enough to offer the kitchen for use, so we could make ourselves some tea or cut fruits. The kitchen is spotless, just like every corner of the place. The property is just a few minutes away from the beach, especially if you take the shortcut from the main road. On the main road, there’s a supermarket, a few pharmacies and a fruit stall in a distance.
