Ragan è un padrone di casa estremamente gentile e affabile, che saprà mettervi a vostro agio sempre, oltre a questo è un capacissimo istruttore di apnea e sub con esperienza pluriennale che vi potrà introdurre alle meraviglie e fragilità della locale barriera corallina, dunque consiglio vivamente le sue escursioni all'Isola dei Piccioni. Il cibo è veramente ottimo, pesce locale cucinato veramente bene e finalmente niente rice 'n curry! Anche la colazione è una bella sorpresa. Il tutto contornato da un'atmosfera rilassante e aperta. Per gli standard europei l'ospitalità è un po' spartana, in puro stile singalese, come la maggior parte dei posti è immerso fra alberi e piante, dunque qualche formica e qualche rana possono essere compagni del vostro soggiorno, qui è normale, se non vi va bene andate in un enclave occidentale o in qualche luxury resort del cavolo. Questo posto vale ogni euro, anzi ogni rupia, che costa.

Close to the Beach and next to the best Restaurant Mom's Kitchen, this place is a real gem. Rooms are super clean, good bed, good working shower and AC. The owner Prasanth is super friendly and takes such good care of all the stray cats and dogs in the area. He made it his life goal to take care for the animals nobody else is looking after, which makes him a true hero! At the place itself, there also are super cute dogs and cats that live there and it was a pleasure spending time with them. We hope to come back soon and would recommend everyone who comes to Trincomalee to spend your time here, you won't regret it! Ps: almost everything he earns he will use it to take stray animals to the vet, for food & medicine for the cats and dogs... So if you can, give him a nice tip so he can continue doing such beautiful work! ♥️

Alloggio posizionato a Trincomalee, a 4,1 km da Kanniya Hot Springs e 4,4 km da Trincomalee Railway Station, Tribal Village offre l’aria condizionata. We had a great stay at tribal village! The room was very cute and the staff truly went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Everything went very smoothly and you wouldn’t even know they had only recently opened. They organised a great snorkelling trip for us and had great knowledge of the area.

Brand new and clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, Really quiet . The staff is really helpful. Nothing to put your luggage on in the room but I’m sure the owner will provide for everything in the future , the guesthouse is brand new and had just opened around the 1st of August . It’s located 10 mn from the beach . There are several little restaurants in the area. “ Seafood restaurant “ at the end of the street is a good one . The beach is natural , no club, no loud music , it’s beautiful you can find some mat to relax at the little restaurant on the beach .

Trinco Town Family Guest House, una struttura con giardino situata a Trincomalee, dista 800 metri da Trincomalee Railway Station, 1,6 km da Kali Kovil e 2,5 km da Gokana Temple. Nice place and the owner is very supportive and a very decent character. Fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator are major plus points, for a group of people. There are a few minor improvements that could attract the guests. Kind of nice to have things like, a small tables in rooms, furniture arrangement (in the rooms). Overall, it's 10/10. 😀

A 600 metri da Spiaggia di Nilaveli, Nimal's white house mette a disposizione oltre agli alloggi anche un ristorante, biciclette gratuite, un giardino e una terrazza. Very nice host – I felt very welcome during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, and the tour to Pigeon Island that Nimal arranged was fantastic. He also took me to watch the sunset by the lagoon and even let me drive his tuk-tuk, which was such a fun experience! When I couldn’t find accommodation for the next night, he cleared out a private room and kindly let me stay there. Truly generous and thoughtful – I really appreciated everything!
