Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside area was beautiful to relax in, location just a minute walk from the property. The real highlight was the use of the shared kitchen, which was well equipped, and there are several markets near by for fresh produce and eggs, which was a welcome change. Would definitely recommend staying at this property during your time in Trincomalee!

Jeya has been a great host. I really enjoyed my little chats with him. The restaurant offers great meals. His staff members, especially Justin, were super attentive and took good care of us. The garden is huge and well looked after.

Everything was just perfect! Quiet place close to a nice beach with a very shallow water. One can walk at low tide to Nilaveli beach (15 min walk). Brenda was a perfect, talkative and helpful host as well as an excellent cook. One can refill bottles with a drinking water at the property. Nice well equipped huts with comfortable bed. 10 and 15 min by tuk tuk to Upuveli and Trinco, respectively. Surprisingly no mosquitoes (the first place without them during our 3 weeks travels in Sri Lanka). If you look for peaceful quite oasis this place is for you. Highly recommended!

After 40 years of traveling, this is my first review. The one and only reason is Rangan, who made this stay unforgettable. Next to being a fantastic host with great knowledge of the area and valuable contacts that will make the most out of your stay, his meals are original and mouthwatering. This is a beautiful beachfront property to stay at. The view was amazing with the sound of the waves. Just sit back and relax. Amanda was an amazing host. Very friendly and helpful. She even drove us to the nearest bus stand herself as we had a bus to catch. She offered us some really tasty and delicious local cuisine. String hoppers, dal and potato curry with coconut sambol. Thoroughly loved the experience of staying here for 2 days.

The room was very cute and the staff truly went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Everything went very smoothly and you wouldn’t even know they had only recently opened. They organised a great snorkelling trip for us and had great knowledge of the area.

Brand new and clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, Really quiet . The staff is really helpful. Nothing to put your luggage on in the room but I’m sure the owner will provide for everything in the future , the guesthouse is brand new and had just opened around the 1st of August . It’s located 10 mn from the beach . There are several little restaurants in the area. “ Seafood restaurant “ at the end of the street is a good one . The beach is natural , no club, no loud music , it’s beautiful you can find some mat to relax at the little restaurant on the beach .

Nice place and the owner is very supportive and a very decent character. Fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator are major plus points, for a group of people. There are a few minor improvements that could attract the guests. Kind of nice to have things like, a small tables in rooms, furniture arrangement (in the rooms). Overall, it's 10/10. 😀

Dengan Pantai Nilaveli yang boleh disampai dalam 7-minit berjalan kaki, Nimal's white house menawarkan penginapan, restoran, basikal percuma, taman dan teres. Very nice host – I felt very welcome during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, and the tour to Pigeon Island that Nimal arranged was fantastic. He also took me to watch the sunset by the lagoon and even let me drive his tuk-tuk, which was such a fun experience! When I couldn’t find accommodation for the next night, he cleared out a private room and kindly let me stay there. Truly generous and thoughtful – I really appreciated everything!
