The tents are stunning and beautifully decorated. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and prepared with love. The tents are cold in winter nights but there's warm water and enough blankets to stay warm. I cannot recommend this place more!

Our journey through the desert is an adventure that we never forget. Atmane welcomes us in Foum Zguid from where we enter into the desert. The ride to the Auberge is very beautiful, we make several stops at an oasis, a house of a nomad woman and the Iriki lake which has been filled with water again after years of drought, unbelievable that nature can fill such a large lake in such a short time, very impressive. The auberge offers a fantastic view, good food a very nice atmosphere, in the evening music is made around the campfire, very relaxed and chill. The next day we visit a Tuareg village we see how the families live here and how they provide the village with water from the oasis. We travel further through the varied landscape see dromedaries, and different animals, arrive at a hospitable nomad family for lunch and a nice siesta, what a meeting! A little further on we visit a nomad school, where the children receive lessons in a tent. In the afternoon we arrive at the large sand dunes, particularly beautiful, what a different world when you are standing between the dunes, so phenomenal! The next day we drive back, relaxed by another beautiful route, Atmane stops at various places to show us fossils and tells us about the nature and life in the desert. Thank you very much for the great experience, it was a beautiful meeting and a very warm welcome. We looking forward to a next trip where we travel through the desert with dromedaries for a few days.

Terletak di Foum Zguid di kawasan Souss-Massa, Bivouac Les Nomades & Foum zguid to chegaga tours menawarkan penginapan dengan tempat parking peribadi percuma. It was unbelievable experience. The way to the camp was adventure as we had a tour on the way to the camp - 4x4 ride through the desert with really interesting rock formations (tajin mountain, oasis, fossils, tea break in the the restaurant in the middle of the desert). Once we got to the camp we could see a lovely sunset from the nearby dunes. At night there was a dinner (tajin, veggies, lots of fruits) and campfire with traditional songs. In the morning we had a camel ride during the sunrise. Breakfast (joghurt, egg-based tajin dish, bread, fruits, honey, jam, tea & coffee). The tenets are clean and cosy with clean linen, it was warm at night. You will also get towels. Bathroom also clean. No bugs or anything what we would be scared of. All in all- we got much more than we expected. The location is just amazing. You can see not only sand dunes but all kind of desert on the way, interesting rock formations and mountains. It is really best place to experience the desert.

We stopped in Tissint on our dual sport motorcycle trip and we were more than tempted to stay another night as this property, the host and his village were for lack of better words special. Asiz (sp?) was the most kind, generous and welcoming host we have met on any travels. His cooking was exceptional. The tagine for dinner and egg dish for breakfast were OUTSTANDING ! His warm smile truly was the Moroccan experience we were looking for. Not to mention the property was breath taking. Over 400 years old. Be sure to spend some time in the indoor “living room”. A perfect place for yoga / meditation/ reading it simply to relax with a cup of tea.

The accommodations fit very well for our group of seven. We had an area of the hotel with four rooms, adjoining a single shared courtyard. We rolled in during a sandstorm, and then it rained, creating mud. So our stay may have been a bit unusual. The staff was very friendly.
