Quite and peaceful. Located on the Pacific with a nice sea breeze from the patio n hammocks. The manager Lanier, was way beyond helpful, becoming our friend and advisor. Always asking if he could make us more comfortable. The place is kept super clean! . Easy walk to Las Penitas if you need to mingle with a lot of tourists.

Our host Katerin was amazing, really really helpful and kind. Only three rooms so it felt very cozy and like a homestay. Beautiful place, far enough from downtown to be in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk. Free coffee, and water, kitchen to use, toiletries instead the room. Safe parking in front on the street. Pet friendly! One of our best stays in Central America, I hope we can be back in day ❤️

Location was great right on the beach. Had to walk up the beach a bit for easier waves but waves right outside the door for more advanced surfers.
