My wife and I visited Thamel recently and stayed in Kathmandu Aguntuk hotel. This hotel is located in the prime location of Thamel. The breakfast was really good! All the staffs were super helpful throughout our stay. We were about to miss our flight while coming back from Nagrokot, due to the prompt action of the taxi driver Mr. Kapin and the hotel Manager Mr. Subash, we were able to catch the flight. My wife lost her phone while the flight. Hotel manager Mr. Subash found the phone and reached out to us. We are very much great full for the help and hospitality we have received. We strongly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great, the shower, the beds and the service! And this is the best location in the Thamel We came back to the same hotel 3 times.

Very quiet location considering you are in busy Kathmandu, wouldn't change to Thamel. Very nice helpful host and his cute family. Very clean facilities, very comfortable matrasses - we slept like babies. Excellent full breakfast. 🍳🥛☕🥭

In my opinion Nepalaya Home Hostel is one of the best budget accommodations in Kathmandu. it's clean, pleasant, and offers excellent value for money What genuinely distinguishes it is the amazing hospitality, particularly of Amrit the hard work guy always smiling and always provide problem solving ideas for guests.  His warm welcome, friendly demeanor, and genuine concern for guests make you feel right at home. He never fails to be willing to help, whether you need travel advice or simply want to talk everyone becomes friends so fast with him . This hostel is an excellent alternative for budget tourists due to its pleasant environment, friendly environment and convenient location. Highly recommended!

Oferta obiektu Namaste Home Stay położonego w miejscowości Dhulikhel obejmuje ogród, taras, bar oraz bezpłatne Wi-Fi we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Such a cozy, and homely place. I immediately felt safe after meeting the family and their beautiful children. The beds were incredibly comfortable, shower was great and warm, with a clean toilet, the view and location made it a 10, as the bedrooms can look to either the sunrise or sunset. And to top it off, the food was insane - best Nepali veg curry I’ve ever had.

The staff is just amazing, trying their best to reply to any of your queries. The location is fantastic. The room is very confy with a good mattress, hot shower, and fan. The breakfast provided in the morning is just delicious ! One of the best I have ever had ! Definetly the place to stay during your trip in Bhaktapur !

This is a house of a local family, so it’s a best way to stay here and get the most of local life. I spent a whole week here for the Nepali new year and had several Newari dinner meals with the host’s family (include a new year feast). I learned to properly eat with my hand. And I appreciate they changed the food every day a bit when I said I like to try more kinds of local food. The rooptop is the best place to have a full view of the Dubar Square and valley, I really enjoyed to stay up there every morning and night, so peaceful and chill. During the festival, the host provided all the infos about when and where to see the celebrations and even show me around, tell stories about Bhaktapur and the festival. It’s the place I would like to come back one day.

Well, I booked this property for a night stay but my project in Nepal did not complete as expected. I had to extend my stay due to several circumstances. Stayed with them for almost a month. There was chaos in the city due to protest but everything was well taken care of here regarding security, food of the guest, which I couldn't express in words and thanking them is not enough. This place is safe, perfect, peaceful and away from hustle and bustle of the city. I am always grateful to all of you Sajeet, Mani, Baa. I highly recommend this place.
