You can't stay any closer to the balcony walk than this. The homecooked meals were excellent and a ton of food as well, you won't go hungry here. There's only two rooms and we were lucky enough to get the whole place to ourselves. It's peaceful and tranquil, especially around sunset. Everything is clean and well cared for. Had no issues finding the place (google maps) and no issues checking in or anything. AC worked very well. Shower pressure was good. No issues whatsoever. Fantastic place run by very delightful and kind people

This place is a a family-run business where you feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a visitor. The owners, a local Omani family, have been opening their home to travelers for three years, and they’ve created something really special. The property includes a villa available for rent, offering a cozy, home-like atmosphere. There’s no restaurant, but the villa has a fully equipped kitchen where guests can cook, and the host can provide breakfast if needed. The villa itself is new and well-kept, with only a few minor unfinished details (like some visible cables on the walls), but nothing that takes away from the experience. The best part? The garden. The owner has planted an incredible variety of trees, bushes, and flowers—some of which aren’t even native to the region—and many of them bear fruit. It’s a beautiful, peaceful space to relax. There are also two small pools, though it would have been nice to have separate towels for swimming (which they don’t provide). The place has a bit of a farm-like feel, with animals that are clearly well cared for. But what really makes this stay special is the hospitality. The owner is warm, welcoming, and truly makes you feel at home. If you prefer staying in a cozy, family-run place rather than a standard hotel, this is the perfect spot. For me, it’s the best accommodation in Nizwa—and maybe even in all of Oman

The host was very friendly, we had a few nice conversations, and he even recommended a beautiful hike nearby. We also shared dinner together and talked about our cultures, which made the stay feel very personal. The property was clean, comfortable, and great value for low-cost travelers. Everything was perfectly fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful guesthouse. From the exceptional hospitality and free guided tour of the oasis to the food and rooms, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay: the traditional architecture of the house is stunning, and the rooms and facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. Lack of wifi was not perceived as a minus, but as a plus: it's a great choice to make visitors focus on the surrounding beauties and live a more authentic experience (eg by stargazing and gathering on the private fireplace). The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Finally, the location is very convenient as it's close to many of the most important trails and viewpoints of the area.

The location was outstanding, in the evening it gets a little cold in the mountains but even more cost to use the fireplace. Facilities are great and All, the host is so kind and gives you great advice. And the sky by night is a must see. Recommend this place by far!

Located in the village of Misfat Al- Abriyeen in the state of Al-Hamra, Al Misfah Hospitality Inn is about 200 kilometers away from Muscat. Totul a fost minunat,personalul foarte prietenos iar proprietarul este un om senzațional !! Totul a fost la superlativ,recomand ! ❤️

The Garden Inn نزل الحدیقة se află în Nizwa, la 9 minute de mers pe jos de Fortul Nizwa, și pune la dispoziție o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. We stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Nizwa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very nice and welcoming and will do anything to ensure you have a great stay. We loved the building, it’s new yet has an authentic feel to it and still undergoing some renovations however this didn’t impact our stay at all. The room and bathroom was spotless with bedsheets and towels smelling nice and fresh too. The beds were very comfy and we slept perfectly. Big spacious room with a good aircon. Outside there is a garden area, a private drive for cars to park and an upstairs terrace with nice views of the sunset sky. The location is perfect, quiet and calm yet still only 5 minutes away from the fort and touristic areas. If I am ever back in Nizwa I would definitely stay here again.
