The experience itself is really cool, but you need to put on a lot of clothes because it is going to be cold. You will never forget the water bottle.

Situated in Puno, Titicaca Aruntawi Lodge Peru offers accommodation with views of the lake, and breakfast included every day. Eddi was great and was soooo helpful in pretty much everything, from transfer from the airport late at night to a home cooked dinner to a lovely tour around the islands and his own personal family history. He speaks perfect English and is an amazing host ❤️

Henry and Mariluz were such accommodating and generous hosts. Henry carried our bags all the way from the ferry landing. Mariluz made such delicious home-cooked meals! The lodge had charming landscaping and stone work, and the hot shower was something we appreciated on the rustic island. What a delight, after a day of exploring, to sit on the lounge chairs outside, read a novel, sip on a glass of wine, and look out at the magnificent view. Plus it was fun to look at Mariluz's beautiful crochet work! Amantani Lodge gets a ten out of ten!

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain, Uros Samarana Uta Lodge is situated in Puno. Titicaca Lake is 7 km from the property. Unic place, very quite with amazing views in the Titicaca lake, Staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful. Cesar and his family arranged all visits and transfers to the lodge, adapting to our necessities. Food is really good. Ideal to relax here after bus travelling arround Peru. An opportunity also to live with the local Uros community and to learn about the culture and how the islands are built. Dont´t expect luxurious facilities though, you are in a small floating island in a la lake! That is part of the charm and authenticity.

Located 5 km off the coast of Puno and built on the Uros floating islands, Uros Qhantany Lodge offers accommodations in the middle of Lake Titicaca. The coast of Puno is a 30-minute sail away. A very quiet and beautiful place. The local people are very nice and make our stay lovely. A really nice experience.

We had such a wonderful time here. The owners are incredibly kind and really care about their guests — they even gave us extra heating and lots of cozy blankets for the cold nights. Waking up to that beautiful lake view from bed was just magical. Their Uros Island tour was one of the best experiences we’ve had, and the fish they cooked for us was honestly amazing. Highly recommend!
