The hosts, primarily Pang (daughter of Paa) and Mai, were absolutely splendid. Thai hospitality is generally outstanding, but Pang and Mai are even head and shoulders above the crowd. Pang's breakfast and dinner preparations were consistently excellent and portions substantial. The location was idyllic. I stayed in my own bungalow with bath ensuite. It was a new structure with tile interior, table, chair and clothes rack. The bungalow was above a pond frequented by a variety of birds. I'm a birdwatcher, so I really liked that. The farm is about six hundred meters from a small village with a small store good for provisions and a daily soup offering. The hosts frequently put out delicious, steamed sweet corn on the cob grown on the farm.

Restaurant with decent breakfast offers, excellent cooking for dinner. Nice pool area. Bungalows have a small elevated terrace for some privacy. Perfect for those who want to stay outside the city in the nature or for a stop over on a motorbike trip.

Communication was excellent, the place felt homely and it was close to the market, shopping centre, BIG C and 7-11.

Reasonably stocked fridge, better than an average hotel. Of course you need to share the cost to replenish it. Fully furnished property, fully equipped kitchen even with a washer and a dryer. A pouch of liquid detergent was there ready for us. I didn't check if it had a dish washer as we didn't need one. Full set of cutlery and table ware but we only found out in the last minutes as we didn't have enough time to check all the amenities. A perfect residential area as we preferred. If you drive it is a perfect 4 bedroom homestay for the price. Basically, it is a second home and has everything you need for your stay. Now, I am sitting in a hotel room of another town and regretting not staying in a homestay as there is no ice or ice tray in the hotel's measly fridge. 😕

This place is a veritable paradise, so much so that we completely lost track of time at the pool and ended up checking out late. No one was rushing us out or reminding us, just letting us relax and no charge for the late check out. We went during their low season so they kindly and without prompting upgraded our family to their lovely Thai style wood house villa where we enjoyed the cool country air as we drank and ate with old friends. I am looking forward to staying here on our next trip.
