You get your own two-storey villa with everything you need. Everything has been thought out for you down to the smallest detail. There is a full range of appliances - a hair dryer, an iron, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, a grill, a gas cylinder, a large refrigerator. A large kitchen with a huge selection of all kinds of dishes - plates, bowls, any glasses and spoons. Each room has air conditioners and fans. A big TV with YouTube and Netflix (I don't know why you need it on vacation). Fast internet connection. Everything is so well-planned here that I still don't know what to find fault with. A magnificent swimming pool with a sunbathing area. The dining area is under a canopy outside and inside. Any little thing you can think of is already here. There are 4 7/11 shops and a large market with fruits and local food within a 5-minute walk. The beach is 10 minutes away. And it is much cleaner than in the center of Pattaya. It's incredibly quiet here. I only heard the voices of local animals. The owner is a very friendly person. Even before settling in, he was in touch and immediately left his contacts. The check-in was quick and contactless, which is also a big plus. The villa also has a cleaning service. There is everything here to stay for the whole season. We were vacationing with two children. They were absolutely delighted.

Offered an upgrade to an upper stair suite with pool view through palm trees. Quiet among a forest of trees. Comfortable bed, spacious room and nice balcony overlooking the pool. Pool is kept clean and never crowded. Right on Dongtan beach in a quieter area not swarmed by bars, shops and restaurants. Relatively less road traffic without the route of songtheows which commute to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Front desk staff especially the manager very helpful and courteous. Included buffet breakfast is sumptuous. French bakery with ice cream and a restaurant also at the front. We rented the beach chairs with shady umbrellas across right on the beach for two days. Ordered drinks and lunch there. Also had a massage on the beach. Very nice sunset. Had dinner at the restaurant. Nice food with quiet relaxing atmosphere. Complimentary ride to the bus terminal nearby to catch a/c bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport .

We were a group of five and stayed at this absolutely amazing villa. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The design of the villa is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The swimming pool is great, and the sound system adds a nice touch to the experience. The villa includes six bedrooms in total, with two extra rooms, making it perfect for a group stay. There was nothing to complain about! The lady managing the villa was very helpful and pleasant, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for groups. However, if you’re visiting with kids, be cautious as the pool is quite deep. Apart from that, this place is truly beautiful, and we had a fantastic stay!

The lady that met us with the keys was very helpful , even when I messaged her because of my stupidity and not being able to get hot water in one of the showers she replied immediately and was at the villa within 15 minutes. Excellent service! Do not be put off by the description stating that it is a shared kitchen, you get the whole villa and pool to yourself. There is a 7 11 shop within 15/20 minutes walk and a little shop literally at the bottom of the street that sells essentials. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again ourselves when visiting again.
