Nel nostro appartamento c’era una spaziosa stanza da letto e un ampio soggiorno con tavolo per pranzare. Questo ci ha permesso di cenare in casa varie volte. E’ possibile anche frequentare la palestra che si trova nell’edificio. La location è eccezionale perché vicino a battery parc, alla partenza dei battelli per la stufa della libertà e al ponte di Brooklin. Ci sono vari ristoranti e pub intorno e all’interno del palazzo.

The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!

The apt is very spacious, clean, modern hobo decorated and had everything we needed, even extra towels and toilet paper. The beds are new and comfortable. There's a workout room available to us, on our floor. The manager/contact was the nicest, and he always responded quickly and professionally. He accommodated an early check in and a late check out. With the late check out, he even said there was no need to clean or to take out any garbage. I went through booking.com and their rates were so reasonable. There are several small grocery stores on the corner and famous Fiore's Italian sandwiches 4 blks east. Note: Transportation information from this location. It's approx. 10 blocks to get to Bus 126 that takes you into NYC. You need to download an app to purchase tickets. BHLight rail is a few blocks away, which can take you to Hoboken Terminal to change to the PATH or Ferry. We will definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!
