The hotel is new and clean, stuff is kind and professional. Hotel is not very difficult to find, it's just deep in the alley among the buildings, but can be tricky to find if you arrive at night as that alley is closed and you must come from another side, where all you can find is just a simple door. The location is quite good, close to the train street and many places to eat. So it is good price for the value you get, especially comparing to other hotels in the area.

We were there for two days, to get away from the noise and pollution of the city and to be near the airport primarily as we had a late night flight. From their very polite staff, to their manicured garden, lounging and swimming at the pool, we enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly particularly their fresh fruits and yoghurt, everything was to our liking! Waking up to the chirping of the birds, watching the sunset while sipping a cup of tea from the terrace...peaceful moments like these that will stay vivid in our imagination, thank you Amaya for pampering us and for taking care of every request we've had, not to forget the taxi bookings. Thank you for your hospitality Mr. Long and the whole lot of your staff, we'll definitely recommend your place to our family and friends who'll be travelling to Hanoi in the future, more power to you!
