Hôtel Plagepalace is located on the beach in Palavas-les-Flots and Carnon. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a 27 metres heated outdoor pool. Everything about our stay was phenomenal! The staff were very accommodating and professional and kind. The breakfast was outstanding and fresh and plentiful. The view was amazing!

Located a 5-minute drive from the centre of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Les Carmes offers pet-friendly accommodation with free WiFi. This hotel has a year-round outdoor pool and spa centre. Excellent, courteous service with a smile from Pascal, the hotel owner. Clean, large, and beautiful rooms. Excellent breakfast. We would be happy to return to the place in the future and enjoy the pool in the appropriate season.

This campsite is set on the river bank, located in the village of Castellane, within a 5-minute drive of the Verdon Gorge. Amazing location for the camping place, in a valley offering shadow in the morning meaning a shilly night making sleeping in a tent effortless. Free coffee in the morning and options for ordering fresh bread and pastries for a small fee. Place for cooking available, and the pool area very appreciated. Comparing to other camping spots we drove by, this seems to be the greenest with wonderful wood figure craftmanship.

Maison Albar Hotels L’Imperator is a hotel located in the city of Nimes. It was windy and rainy when we traveled that day to Nîmes and we didn’t expect much, but on our arrival we found sunshine in the staff eyes. Very kind and helpful in any ways and at any time from receptionist to house keeping. The Spa steam room was clean and at perfect temperature eventhough it was early afternoon and just two of us. In the the evening we didn’t want to go out and the barman enchanted our stay with a fantastic Dry Martini composed with local french gin and vermouth and a few tapas. Next day we went for city sightseeing and we received good information on the main city spots (always buy a full visit’s ticket which lasts 3 days) Will return again .

Hotel Le Negresco, overlooks the beach and the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. Free Wifi access is provided and there is an on-site fitness centre. A wonderful hotel with recently renovated rooms! Old meets new in a very tasteful yet original way! Wonderful restaurants! There's hotel lobby and rooms are art galleries that you can stay in! There's hotel hotel rooms are large and the side sea views are amazing! The beach club restaurant was very nice! The staff and concierge are very helpful! The room has outside automatic shutters that keep the room nice and dark! Good sound proofing! Loved the unique elevator! The Spa was amazing and modern! The snow machine by the saunas was a surprise as was the amazing pool!

This charming 18th-century guest house is an ideal base for visiting the medieval city of Carcassonne. It offers individually-decorated rooms and a floral garden with a pond and a shaded terrace. This is a home from home. The rooms are beautifully designed, well maintained and homely - and stocked with thoughtful additions such as local wines. On arrival we were given a map showing our location and ten restaurant recommendations which made our overnight stay really easy. You can leave your car securely parked in the grounds and walk up into the walled town in just a few minutes. We didn’t get chance to use the pool but it looked great.
