I went during new year , get the view of flame tower. Also requested for anniversary decorations with charges and they serve chocolate cake as well and the services from the staffs were excellent. It is located near the city centre so it just a 5-7min walk to the nizami street and attractions like christmas market.

Everything was perfect, really, I cannot imagine a best hotel in Baku to stay. Right in the center, super clean, delicious breakfast, gorgeaous rooms and extremely friendly staff. Nothing to complain about, would stay here again for sure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was nice, clean and within close proximity to  the city. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. Special thanks to Mr. Elmar for giving us an early check-in and breakfast without any extra charge. The communication was great from the point of reservation as they speak fluent English, which is not common over there. The staff made us feel at home and assisted us with everything. The place felt secure as we were a group of ladies staying there. Will surely recommend this hotel.

Exceptionally good location, walking distance from the old town, Shirvanshah palace and Maiden tower. The room is spacious and modern. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive - we were given a city map and wonderful advice on how to walk to the main attractions. Roof restaurant is also very good and not expensive. Overall, amazing experience, definitely value for money!

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! It was impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel truly special. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The team was incredibly attentive and welcoming at every turn. Amazing location. Definitely the prettiest part of the city! Look and comfort is excellent! I would really say hillside is an exceptional hotel for its price range! I am super happy to have booked it especially as a solo female traveler. I felt super comfortable! The staff is also very kind. (The doors are ,next to the key card,physically lockable which was a big plus for me). Overall VERY pleasant experience!

I loved Safran - rooms were big, clean and the staff was extremely nice. The personel really made me feel seen and taken care of. The organization was amazing as well as the hotel as well. All receptionists were very nice and helpful for example Sadig. If I’m ever in Baku I will come back for sure. It was amazing :)))

The city is beautiful, and the architecture is very European...

The city is beautiful, and the architecture is very European styled. I read that its called Paris of Asia; and when i saw ,it i believed the same. In terms of things to do, it has a limited menu and thus good for 3 days only. Just a warning that there are many properties listed on boooking.com as Apartment by Marriott or Hyatt; all these are scams and are fake; dont book them.

Beautiful, clean city, plenty of sights to see - old and new, great modern and older architecture -and THE FOOD!! East meets West - the people are VERY nice and friendly - not everyone speaks English - but it was not a problem.. VERY SAFE FEELING wherever you go! You need to visit.

Beautiful city with rich traditions . Good Food and malls . Formula 1 track . Shahdagh is a must visit place . Very polite and friendly locals. Good place to visit but for a short duration. I feel 4 to 5 days are more than enough.
