This remarkable accommodation has surpassed all our expectations, establishing itself as the finest place we have ever stayed in after years of extensive traveling. El Pueblito elevates the concept of relaxation to an entirely new level with its flawless service, an outstanding team of staff, delightful animals and birds, delectable cuisine, breathtakingly picturesque surroundings, and an enchanting atmosphere of tranquility. Every inch of El Pueblito's premises reflects meticulous care and remarkable craftsmanship, creating an atmosphere that is truly awe-inspiring. Prior to our visit, we had concerns about the WiFi speed, which is crucial for our work as teachers who rely on daily online classes with cameras. However, we were pleasantly surprised as everything worked flawlessly. The WiFi signal was strong enough in our room, and it was even better in the summer house (gazebo) located in the center of the square. This spot quickly became my favorite place to work, offering both power outlets and shade. Therefore, I would like to assure any fellow business travelers that the internet connection at El Pueblito is reliable 24/7. Moreover, the shower facilities were excellent, providing us with wonderfully hot water. Despite visiting in late autumn, the rooms and reception area were kept comfortably warm with the help of heaters and an abundance of cozy blankets. Notably, the nearby winery is a charming destination that should not be missed. We highly recommend booking a tour, especially considering its convenient proximity to El Pueblito. Our fond memories are incomplete without mentioning Patricia, the charming ginger cat, and the friendly dogs who added an extra layer of warmth and joy to our stay. In summary, El Pueblito has exceeded all our expectations, offering an unforgettable experience that deserves the highest praise.

Great hotel in the heart of SC, super clean, great facilities and staff. Breakfast is pretty good with basic options, great coffee. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Definitely 5 star hotel. Everything was perfect and exceptional. Traveling from Norway to Latin america for the first time, I didn't have in mind high expectations for the hotel, but as I set my foot inside I was amazed. The staff was really fantastic and helpful at every moment of our stay. Whenever we needed anything they were bringing it to our room in no time. The hotel itself is located in a very nice and clean area sorounded by many restaurants and shops which make it easier for us to choose where we can take our dinner. The room was extremely clean and had a view on the swimming pool. The first day they gave us the opportunity to stay for one night at a room with a balcony and Jacuzzi despite the fact that we didn't order it, but they didn't charge us more for it. The breakfast include wide variety of local bolivian food and juices from local fruits that I never tasted before. My experience there was great and exceptional and I am sure I will come back soon. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking to travel to Bolivia. I assure you that yoy will never regret it. I just hope that the hotel management increase the amount of workers who speak english because the communication with the stuff was hard without the help of my girlfriend. But they were great and amazing.

    It's a city with not much to offer. You're better off in La Paz, where the views are nicer, the scenery is just better. But you're really much better off in the more rural places, in the mountains, by the lakes and away from the cities.

    Santa Cruz de la Sierra is an interesting city with a busy and parcely old part downtown. You find museums, the main plaza with the cathedral, shops for everyone, big restaurants and small places who sell delicious local food. Also thera are some modern shopping malls as also black markets where you find everything you might need for living. Cultural events are offered and some really nice places with abundant semi-tropical vegetation as well as places with a lake to swim and hotels. You can take a taxi or go by bus to almost every place you like, in general it is very safe, only in the outskirts you should be more careful and maybe not go there at nigt. Always take your purse with important things in front of you - just in case! I certainly recommend Santa Cruz for a visit! A little bit outside there are the sanddunes and the botanical garden and other places like the Chiquitania, also very worth visiting!

    Friendly people (is famous for its hospitality). Is the most productive area of the country, you can find everything you expect of a big city. I like my staying and I will be back with more time and better organized agenda. Given the size of the city and the weather (mostly humid and hot) a car is necessary to visit properly Santa Cruz.
