The staff were warm, professional, and did everything possible to make our vacation perfect The cleanliness was outstanding, and the rooms were very comfortable We celebrated our wedding anniversary and were gifted breakfast for four, a hot dinner, and afternoon refreshments, along with treats in the room and a beautiful flower bouquet Free laundry service! Our clothes were returned to the room the same day, freshly cleaned The hotel is very quiet, easy to get around from, and the staff were constantly smiling—both in the lobby and the dining room—always creating a wonderful atmosphere, even though some of them didn’t speak English and we communicated through a translation app Many hotels around the world could learn from you about true guest service. This hotel amazed me with their 5 stars services Upon the arrival, the hotel not manage to get the room ready on time, but they immediately compensate the breakfast without hesitation which really top class of PR disaster recovery. Their laundry service also impressed me as I only need to drop my cloth into washing machine, their staff will assist to put into dryer even it's midnight and the next day morning, the cloth appear at your doorstep. Wonderful job Their breakfast not a lot of choice but each day dishes is different and it's with Shanghai style. Really impressive. All the staffs here is very helpful and do their best to make every customers feel at home. Thumbs up to the team.

On my way to Dalian, had a one-day layover stop in Shanghai and wanted to have a taste of the city. My room and the hotel hall and interiors was so great that I didn't know what to do: whether to stay in the room, to go to the rooftop bar at the hotel or to go out for a walk. Every single detail of this hotel is carefully taken into account, specially in the room: the towels, the linen, the bed, the bathroom, the music sound, the furniture, the lights, the windows. In short, the room that I was asigned was close to perfection. Even the coffee available in the room (Nespresso) to kickstart the day tasted like no other. The view of the city from the rooftop bar is amazing.

Best hotel in Shanghai I have ever stayed. The location is excellent, just next to the Jinan Temple, many major malls and trend roads. But what separates it apart is the hotel’s amazing service. From the moment we stepped out of our car to anywhere we went in the hotel, we have been greeted with the warmest help. Special thanks to Hank and Goslin who had been ever so patiently assisting us extending the stay. And to Zoe who went above and beyond to get medication for our little boy. Lastly, the room is just glamorous, so spacious and tasteful decoration.

Lovely hotel and located in a fantastic area to discover Shanghai. Wonderful and very helpful staff especially at the reception. Special mention to Mrs. Constanze and Mr. Robin from the front desk which helped us so much to discover the city and gave us precious advice on where to go and what to do. Special thanks to them both. The room was excellent nothing was missing to feel well. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, all in all a great experience in a great city.

The hotel was perfect, the location was just off Nanjing Road and within a few minutes of walking to the nearest metro station. The staff and cleaners were also very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will probably stay here the next time I visit.

We were a group of four friends and stayed in Shanghai for 5 nights. We could have stayed longer since Shanghai has so much to see and experience but we didn't want to exhaust ourselves by going from one tourist spot to the next. We had a very enjoyable upscale dinner just across the Bund and an expensive but disappointing Peking Duck lunch! Shopping prevented us from experiencing more of Shanghai

I've been to more than 100 countries and can rate Shanghai among the best cities I have seen. Highly surprised by anything I saw, well kept, clean city. a fantastic mixture of old China, pre WWII elegance, nearly futuristic modern times. Staying at the Park hotel, the very interesting Shanghai History Museum is just around the corner, few tourists. A fantastic modern building it the Sculpture park houses the Museum of Natural History, no tourists there again, very close to Park Hotel too. Take hop off hop on , very good price, worth it. It is easy and cheap to take a taxi, if the hotel gets it, but coming back it could be difficult.
