we stayed in a junior suite, the room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the main square of Pamplona. Bathroom with separate very large shower room. As with all Spanish locations the restaurant and bar has a very strange schedule being mostly closed.     I practically never write reviews, but this place truly deserves it! 🙌🏻 It was a real escape from the hustle and bustle of city life—starting with the journey to the hotel. A tiny serpentine road winds into the mountains, passing through a beautiful forest straight out of a fairytale. The views were breathtaking, the rooms spacious, the food excellent, and the atmosphere incredibly romantic—calm and quiet. I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved that breakfast was served in the room—no need to rush in the morning. Just wake up and enjoy the moment with your partner. We stayed for two nights but wished we had booked a bit longer. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, even after we checked out. They managed to secure a reservation for us at a three-star Michelin restaurant—something we thought was impossible!

    After 6 days of passing through very small towns on the Camino Aragones, Puente la Reina had a nice buzz and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. There were some lovely churches and old buildings and of course the 11th century bridge is beautiful and a stunning historic monument.

    Beautiful city and people. It is a Jewel in Camino de Santiago. The best is just walk through the streets and get lost finding all amazing historical treasures this city offers. From its magnificent Church of Santa María (with so many treasures including the burial of Cesra Borgia), but with its amazing welcoming flare, wee you can find a place to sit to pray, admire or just have a moment of solace and peace. The Plaza Mayor, the old Walls and Church, the Monastery, the houses and their balconies, the restaurants and the vibrant life in the Calle Mayor.

    Olite is a very charming and unspoiled by tourism. The attraction in this town is the castle, which is spectacular. There are a few churches that are quite historic. Don't expect a lot of shops and bustling. The main plaza empties out at 8 pm. if you want to visit a vineyard make an appointment because they are not open to the public.

    An amazing Pyrenees town, it has charm, great restaurants, and lovely people and a hikers paradise with the Selva de Irati close by, or easy access by car to the French Pyrenees which also have beautiful towns, I would recommend Ochagavia to anyone and it will not disappoint you.

    Beautiful town. Fabulous river and weir.

    Beautiful town. Fabulous river and weir. Plenty of good bars and restaurants. Be aware that the last Friday & Saturday of October is the Winter Fair (Feria). Restaurants are totally booked for lunch and dinners on both days. Best to make reservations well in advance. Surrounding Elizondo is amazing scenery and plenty of places to visit. Elizondo Town is easy to walk around.

    The old part of town is smallish, but fabulous food and...

    The old part of town is smallish, but fabulous food and drink in a never ending series of tapas bars. Nice old market. We hit on the festival of Sant Fermin, which was a great spectacle. Easy to walk, busses were good, reasonable night bus service. Visitor friendly Camino town. Scenery outside Pamplona in Navarra is superb.
