I liked the pool and gym. But the usage time could have opened a little later. You really need a car if you want to get around but plenty of parking space. The car park could have more lights as at night its quite dark especially if you're walking alone. The hotel was very nice. All the Staff and food quality were excellent.
All the Staff and food quality were excellent. Upgraded to a suite at a cost of £178 Per night. Incl breakfast. Room was in need of redecorating , floor needed hoovering as covered in glitter. Coffee machine wouldn’t work. General cleanliness of room was very poor. Roman blinds had dropped . No hot water for shower or wash at 5 pm. Bed mattress topper was lumpy. No means of drying towels in bathroom. Television came on by itself at Midnight at really high volume ! Would have been disappointed at half the price! I only came to see my friend who started to study at the University. But it was really nice surprise how the city was nice. People are very friendly. I love the old buildings, old church, and the new architecture, all nicely mixed and nicely done. I also love the tram. I felt the city was really safe. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs. I also found very reasonable guesthouse with the parking. This guesthouse made me to stay longer in the city. the size of the city is just right. Not too big. Not too small.
