Snow Valley Heights is nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Excellent hotel and the staff was extra courteous. The food is excellent whether you order inform dining or the buffet. Excellent facilities including heated swimming pool . The bathrooms shower had good pressure and the water was hot. As this is about 3 KM away from the main square the parking is not an issue and the very serene view of the valley.

Tge hotel in an amazing location. The suite I stayed in was amazing. Very clean, great comfortable bed. Wonderful staff, warm and welcoming, helpful with everything we needed. They did everything to make our holiday a wonderful experience. Another fabulous Oberoi, stunning views from balcony, comfy bed/pillows, all amenities in room you would require. Service outstanding by all staff, caring and lovely, giving us a few treats to take home. Swimming pool a nice experience.. reception can arrange car with chauffeur to most places for day trip or few hours, they can also arrange packed lunch. Hotel manager came to our breakfast table introduced herself, had a quick chat.

The Guesthouse was in a very good location with an excellent room, that had a very good bathroom and heating was provided. The bed was very good, as was the free WiFi. There was also a washing machine available for the guests to use. Next the manager Pawan was exceedingly helpful in taking into account the needs of his guests and was excellent in providing details about the area of Naddi where the Guesthouse is based. Also having a restaurant on site made ordering food exceedingly easy I would wholeheartedly reuse this Guesthouse next time I am in Naddi again and would strongly recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants to stay in Naddi as it's very peaceful compared to the city centre in Mcleodganj. The price of the Guesthouse was also excellent and made my stay extremely enjoyable.

Clean hotel with well maintained corridors & lifts. Beds are very comfortable for a good sleep after tiring tourist day. Very good food available at better prices than main town restaurants. Really good chef there! Breakfast & Dinner buffet was very good! Loved their special Ginger masala tea ! Scenic Himalayan views from glass windows.

    Manali is a very beautiful hill station with amazing mountain views and fresh air. I enjoyed walking by the Beas River and visiting Hidimba Temple, which is surrounded by tall trees. The town feels calm and peaceful, and the apple orchards make it even more special. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

    The place was super clean — bathrooms and showers were spotless, and the dorm beds had privacy curtains and individual reading lights, which made sleeping in a shared room much more comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful: I arrived late, and they stayed open for me, even arranged hot water. The common area has a beautiful view of the valley and a rooftop where guests gather in the evening — great for meeting people. Wi-Fi was decent throughout.

    The good: the view if You are on the mountain side, the name of the hotel The ok internet and hot water The bad all the rest, extremely noisy place and bad vibes. If someone wants to relax or at least sleep, avoid this place. However, if someone wants to smoke the shisha and argue, it’s just the right place! Noisy all hours of the night and into early morning.
