The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was delighted by the complimentary coffee. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. I had everything I needed, from plush bedding to luxurious toiletries. The view from the window was breathtaking, and it really added to the overall experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. First I was unhappy with the noise of music at hotel premises, I wanted to fire everything, then I met Mr Rohit , he apologized and made me understand the actual situation. Just for my comfort, he slow down the music and it's bass. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of Hospitality By Mr Rohit, it seems he supposed to be with top brand, excellent gesture he has. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Even faced my anger with a smile. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it offers everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. I stayed in Varanasi with my family and a small child. The hotel location was very convenient, close to the Ganga Ghat and main attractions. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable for the area.
