the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. Everything was great, we arrived at night during Ramadan and the receptionist was there for us. The breakfast was varied and tasty. I wouldn't expect a coffee machine as in Jordan turkish coffee is more popular. Delicious jams! The staff is friedly and welcoming.
