The hospitality presented by the reception staff is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and tasty, and when we wanted to keep our luggage at the lobby for full 8 hours while waiting for our flight, they do so with a smile and without questions. Definately our next go to connecting hotel in Japan. Price is affordable for the services that you get. Location is very strategic, right smack in middle of town and 5 minutes walk to train station.

Amazing location just next to the Toyama train station. Our room had a fantastic mountain view when we had a clear day. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very kind.

In the price range this is one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Location is great,just a few meters from the station. Staff were very friendly & efficient. Welcome warm cookies, upgrade to top floor room, very comfortable beds , lovely breakfast buffet( Japanese & Western).

An incredibly comfy bed, very good room and amazing facilities all over the hotel! I got my clothes washed for free which was awesome. Also, the breakfast is amazing!
