Breakfast was always very good. Restaurant was nice. since the hotel only has about 28 rooms it always felt very private and perfect for couples or honeymooners. We had one of the suites with the private pool. Room was huge. Bathroom with a nice jacuzzi tub. 2 balconies, one with a hammock and below with the private pool. Make sure you find out which beaches are swimable before you go, and if you go snorkling go with a guide. The currents can be strong - and some dangerous- so a guide will help avoid that and provide support. Public bathrooms have no toilet seats, sometimes there is no toilet paper, and sometimes the only way to flush is with water. The people are friendly and helpful and wonderful. Most do not speak English but you’ll make friends everywhere you go. The seafood is outrageously good. Eat as much seafood as you can. I didn’t go into town so I can’t speak to that.
