A great way to preserve a building with a rich history with rooms having a educational theme. The ambiance is very relaxed and modern with a fishpond in the central hallway and rooms have ample light from the large windows. This is a quiet area for uninterrupted sleep and the rooms are very spacious. One of the rooms is converted to the breakfast room and it had a good variety and quality of choices. The owners take great care in the comfort of their guests; this unique hotel has been one of our best stays over the last 20 years. Ample parking space around the hotel.

If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep for one night, this is probably not the place for you, unless you have business at Teuge Airport. If you are looking to spend a romantic time with your loved one and/or you are an aviation enthusiast, this is the perfect place for you. Make sure have plenty of time, or best spend 2 nights, in order to enjoy all the amenities of this one of a kind 'hotel'! Marjan is the perfect host. She even brought my breakfast in the evening (for the fridge), because I had an early start the next day for a flight out of AMS. Unfortunately I was alone on a business trip with not nearly enough time. I will definitely return, with more time and in company. Note: Traffic between Amsterdam and Teuge between 7.00 and 9.00 and between 15.00 and 18.00 is crazy so plan accordingly. You definitely need a car. There are plenty of car rentals available at AMS Airport. There is a restaurant for dinner called 'Take Off' at Teuge Airport that can also easily reached on foot.

    We visited the hotel for the first time and the experience was wonderful. Very kind staff, very nice lobby, rooms, dining room, everything. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, big, the curtains were blackout, bathroom also spacious and the room was clean. Breakfast was tasty, delicious and well prepared, a large variety of food, freshly squeezed oranges, everyone will love it!     Nice clean town, plenty of places to eat and drink. The bridge museum is small but interesting. There wasn't much else to do that appealed to us, but we walked to Oosterbeek to see the annual celebrations. I beleive there is a zoo and a few other things but we didn't look for them.

    Apeldoorn is a lovely town with a good selection of quality shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous meal there but our hotel was a bad choice and left us very deflated and unsatisfied. I would visit Apeldoorn and Zeist again though as they were very nice

    Perfect place, etc. BUT - there was no soap in the bathroom, only 1 bag of tea + 1 bag of coffeee four 4 days stay, AND MAINLY, why do you provide only one set of keys 4 to gentlemans with separate beds?

The Old Church in the center of the town is a must-visit. Its beautiful architecture and serene ambiance made for a worthwhile experience.     The property is very near the lake, so if you’re into fishing, Keet is your man - he has a wealth of knowledge about fishing in the area and is willing to freely share it with you. You are also within and easy bicycle ride to town so shopping is nearby. Ingrid has some lovely homemade jams for sale too - good on warm toast!!

    chose the accommodation for the purpose of sightseeing in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, the distance to the center is about 45 minutes by car - considering the price, it was completely satisfactory. The rooms were spacious, clean and as it was on offer, it really was.. I warmly recommend it..

    Get an Arnhem app for free at gogo2.uk/arnhem1815 and see everything. "Bridge too Far" history is fascinating and the town itself is welcoming with good spaces and hospitality. Easy transport to historical sites in Oosterbeek and Driel

    For me it was worth visitting Nijmegen because I was going...

    For me it was worth visitting Nijmegen because I was going to meet with friends there. However, I was impressed by the Vierdaagsefeest. It ended up being very fun and the city is quite nice and cozy. So yeah, I had an amazing time in Nijmegen, but maybe if you don't have acquaintances there it's not a must-visit city.
