From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfectly curated and thoughtfully designed for our comfort. The owners, Ellen and Bart, were exceptional hosts. Their warmth and genuine smiles made us feel right at home. They were always eager to recommend activities, making our stay feel personalised in every way. Breakfast and dinner were culinary delights, featuring delicious meals prepared with local ingredients that not only satisfied our palates but also supported local farmers and producers. The focus on ecological practices without sacrificing comfort truly set Villa Fregn apart. Also, we had the best sleep we've ever had in a hotel—so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! Such a beautiful cabin in an ideal location! We were there near the beginning of April and were an ideal distance from touristy attractions and the ski resort but also nicely located so as to enjoy peace and quiet in the mountains with our family. Would definitely recommend it to others and hope to return!
