The staff is very friendly and always at your service. The food is varied and delicious. In the lobby, there is a nice fireplace next to which it’s a pleasure to sit while the fire is burning. In the restaurant, the smoking area is separated from the non-smoking section (which is notably larger), so you are never in smoke or smelling of it, if you prefer not to. They have a large and secure children’s playroom in the lobby, which is a great option to keep them entertained if you’re traveling with kids. The pool and spa are also neat and clean. The hotel is close to the lake and the center of Zlatibor. There is parking in front of the hotel, behind it, and across the street. So, there is plenty of space. What I liked is that they have both Sport Club and Arena on TV, so if you stay at the hotel during a sporting event, you’ll be able to follow everything no matter where it’s being broadcast. This is usually a problem in Serbia, as we all know, due to the incorrect behavior of cable distributors. :)Guest review byPetarSerbia

The ambient reminds of a gallery, there are paintings everywhere on the walls, nice red carpet on the stairs and wooden details in every corner. The mattress is comfortable, exactly what you need after skiing 5 min away from the vila or a long hike in the nearest forest. Towels and glasses were changed every day. We have really enjoyed every minute spent in the small, but yet cosy and warm room. A cherry on the top of a cake is the relaxing music from the reception, which you can hear and regulate on the speaker in your room. Pool clean and enough for all the guests. We were there with teens, they enjoyed it! Location was perfect for us as not in the hustle and bustle of centre but close enough. 10-15min walk but there are closer food shops. Staff very helpful, a big shout out to Ljubica, thank you for all your help. It's 100 metres from the city centre and has free parking space. The rooms are cozy, there is a playground for kids inside the hotel which is very suitable for families. Zlatibor is incredible place with a beautiful nature, lots of walking trails, plenty of markets where you can buy hand made goods ( wool vests and socks, jams, rakijas, creams and lotions for different health issues, honey and plenty more), plenty of restaurants and fast food options, lots of shopping places and plenty of entertainment at the central square! I am not a big fan of Zlatibor being over-crowded by new...
I am not a big fan of Zlatibor being over-crowded by new buildings without any urbanistic planning, really ruins the vibe. But, if you use the center mainly for overnight staying and benefits of having stores, restaurants and pharmacies nearby it's a great base for exploring the mountain because there are really a lot of great places just few minutes away by car.Guest review byVojkanSerbia
