The Treeya Lanta staff is amazing, everyone is genuinely kind, attentive and helpful, going the extra mile and greeting us with a warm smile every day. The surroundings are lush and well-maintained, and there's a lovely pool by the breakfast/dining area. Everything was beyond perfect. Nice quiet location, the view of the beach is stunning. So comfortable and relaxing. The staff were so so kind and lovely. The refillable water bottles are great instead of wasting so much plastic rubbish. Breakfast is delicious and very generous servings. I think this is the best place to stay in Koh Lanta and I would rate it 20 out of 10 if I could!

It is a beautiful green oasis close to beaches. There are only a few bungalows, so the resort feels very private. It has a nice pool. The staff is very nice and helpful. We really loved their smoothie bowl for breakfast. They also serve lunch there and it is in walking distance to other restaurants along the road. Overall the place is great and very relaxing. I would highly recommend it.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Asia. The price was incredibly cheap I paid $74 AUD for 2 nights I think it was a lot cheaper for the low season and had been staying in hostels for a while and was amazing. The pool is so nice the rooms so clean I couldn’t believe how cheap it was for such a nice hotel. There isn’t like any common area or restaurant but it’s so beautiful I wish I stayed longer. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Koh lanta.

    Property had all facilities that we needed. We had a forest room with spa bath, it was clean, room was prepared in advance, ac was on before we checked in. Shower gel, shampoo everything was in place. 10/10. The hotel is in the amazing place. There are some grocery shops near the hotel, lot of restaurants and bars. Hotel also offers other facilities, like tours, transfers, motorcycle rent and etc. The prices are very affordable. This resort has a very cool GM, he shows how he really cares about the guests, it makes us feel that any doubts could be resolved in a speedy way if there will be any.

    Lovely nice quiet place. Great staff, always helpful and kind, easy to rent a scooter that will cost just 250 baht a day. Suggest where to eat deliciously, or visit some beautiful island. Two Bay is another special treat, you can watch the tide every day. There are good and relatively cheap restaurants around. To look at the island, scooter is the best vehicle. For those who don't like the hustle around, this is the perfect place.

    Fantastic location, just beach front. The room was large, with two rooms and a balcony. Four big pools, good gym and very nice outside areas. Very good breakfast with continental and thai options. Very friendly staff. We were allowed to stay at the pool after the check-out and a room was provided to us to have a shower before leaving. We’d definitely stay again.

    Visited in low season weather wasn’t great but that is to be expected. Beaches not good for swimming and littered with rubbish. The vast majority of restaurants and resorts were closed. This island has a very different vibe in the busy season.

    Gorgeous location.

    Gorgeous location. Great for families or people not needing a party outside their door. Plenty of tour providers to keep your days well occupied (shoutout to Goodtime travel for being the best service I’ve seen in a long time). Highly recommend Mons cooking school too - so much fun. Take a trip down to beautiful beach for the most crystal clear water.

    During off season (July) the Island is reasonably quiet, many places are actually closed. Still, we had a great time. We had picked the right accommodation and were lucky with the weather, Still, it was often very windy with one powerful storm, which made the beaches useless: high bumper waves with rocks under the surf. Luckily, we had a great pool at our place. Things to do: Great local food everywhere and very affordable. Mangrove and island cave kayaking Elephant sanctuary (go for the 2hrs option if you can afford it) Old Town (great few form the pier and lots of tourist shops) National Park (jungle walk, lighthouse, beach) Many beaches to explore Scooter hires everywhere

    Koh Lanta is a nice island, I went at the end of the season so not too many people. I think in peak season it might be uncomfortable with the number of tourists. The beaches on the west coast were amazing, we didn't go to any on the east coast, not enough time. Lots of restaurants and night markets. Great to walk along the beach and try different restaurants to eat lunch or dinner. The ethical elephant sanctuary on the south of Koh Lanta was an eye opening experience and changed my views. Lots of walks and waterfalls to see.
