Our children loved the swimming pools with slides and the maze (although it's a bit small). We also loved the free "tram" rides around the botanical garden. The free popcorn and drink at the lobby were a great idea. The buffet breakfast was very good.

We absolutely loved staying here, so much so that we booked another 2 nights. Everywhere is immaculate, the rooms are stunning! The location is perfect for us, we wanted a couple of days to chill and this is definitely the place to do that. The resort had a lovely cafe and to top it off, a street vendor style food option too. The owner is lovely, we love that she comes to greet everyone staying here. The pool isn’t too crowded with sun loungers if you fancy a day by the pool. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and we had a beautiful terrace overlooking my the pond.

The hotel treats you like family. They check on you regularly and offer any assistance possible. We utilized many offered services (laundry, pool, had them fetch a grab to a location that we couldn't find in app, and ate at their breakfast, change for tipping grab driver [they offered to lend money]). They cleaned our room regularly and it looked like we just got there every time we got back to our room. They did little extra things to make your experience special (down to making the heart swan towel folding on the beds). The food was good, offerings of eggs made to order, boxed cereal, pastries, yogurts, Thai food, bacon, breads, hot tea, coffee, juices, water, etc.

The room was very clean with all the amenities one expects. The restaurant is great for lunch and dinner and has a good range of food to choose from. It is so quiet, you'd never know you were so close to Thapae.
