The resort is simple and relatively small, but also very cozy! The beach in front of it is one of the most beautiful ones in the entire island! Crystal clear blue water. The prices of food and beverages are good and there are a few other options of restaurants really close to the resort. My husband and I spent 8 days there and loved each one of them!

Le Maitai Polynesia este situat în sudul Bora Bora, pe plaja Matira Point. Oaspeţii pot alege între camere cu vedere la grădină sau lagună şi bungalouri cu acces direct la plajă sau deasupra apei. Great location on the main island. Lovely bungalows that are spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent beds. The rooms we were in seemed recently renovated. Staff is very nice and helpful. Service with changing to an overwater bungalow was impeccable. The beach restaurant was decent. The hotel is close to other restaurants and shops. Snorkeling in front of the hotel is okay. Plenty of tropical fish, eagle rays and maybe a shark or turtle if you’re lucky. The hotel offers tours for snorkeling, but you can also book something yourselves and get picked up at the pier in front of the hotel.
