Wonderful place! Loved having a beach on the property, especially with kids. Very kind staff. Problems mentioned in previous reviews (food, staff) were not perceived by us. We got upgraded to a villa at check-in, which was of course a huge plus. Gorgeous pools/property. Loved snorkeling, led by a staff member, who was so sweet to our children. Food was great, albeit expensive. Room was very clean.

Mulifanua
Set within 224 acres of tropical gardens, the Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort boasts a lagoon-style swimming pool and a day spa. Each beachfront room features a balcony or patio offering ocean views. Daily buffet breakfast is included. We visited with my sister's family and ours which consisted of 4 adults, 5 young adults aged 23, 21.5-, 20-, 18- and 17-year olds. The meals which included breakfast was great. It was a buffet and had a great range of choice. The omlette station was a hit and very popular. We had all our dinners at the resort. It was true what others were saying that there were no other restaurants nearby to go out for dinner. People also said the meals weren't that great at the resort which we did not find at all. All our meals were so nice, and we did not have one meal that we did not enjoy - complements to the chef! The resort itself is well maintained and beautiful. The pool area was really nice. We spent a lot of time at the beach as the water was warmer compared to the pool. We actually extended our stay by a few days which was no issue at all. I did have an issue with my Marriott membership, but the staff fixed that for me with no hassles. Upon leaving at 4am to catch our plane our taxi was late (the staff had ordered the taxi the day before for us). The front desk kept calling the taxi to see where he was. In the end another staff member offered to drop us to the airport in his own car which he did not need to do - unfortunately, I did not get his name but a huge shout out to him. Overall, a great resort and would have no hesitation staying again!

Beautiful resort on a beautiful island. We loved everything about saletoga sands, especially the fiafia night...
The over water bungalow was spectacular. One of the best and certainly most spacious hotel rooms I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The restaurant was great - delicious food, brilliant cocktail menu and great service. The staff were really friendly. Hard to fault Coconuts Beach Club and Resort. If we ever return to Samoa we would definitely stay here again. I loved that there were no jet skis or banana boats. So peaceful, so relaxing.
Beautiful resort, amazing staff, so attentive and friendly! Everything is available on site including car rental, which is a must to explore the island and see the culture. Beautiful beach area and lots of choice with food!
The fact that the staff were friendly and made is feel so welcome and it feel like home by learning our names and greeting us each time we went for a meal or passed by at the resort.
breakfast was the best, food was great and very child friendly resort
The resort was in a quiet part of the island so it was a wonderful place to rest & relax. The Restaurant provided a great breakfast, lunch & dinner. The Resort provided water sports if you wished to used them.
My room was spacious with a nice view over the fantastic swimming pool. Bellas restaurant offers great food but the best part is all of the amazing people from the family owners to the staff, always smiling and making sure you are happy. You can walk in to Apia town from here, i recommend a taxi ride, 5 tala, along the water front to the Sail bar for lunch and a cold beer.Try the Taumeasina hide way bar too, family owner, fun with a view over the lagoon to the resort. Beautiful Samoa
The staff were very friendly and accomodating, we had an 11 month old baby and they always tried to hold her so I can eat and as a mum I really appreciate that. They always ask if my items in the room need replenishment, always smiled and waved. Facilities were clean and modern had warm water aircon and mini bar fridge with tv inside room. Lots to do around and in the resort. Definitely good value for money as it's reasonably priced
A family resort with a nice pool and location.
Loved everything. The staff were amazing, nothing was ever an issue. Amazing value for money.. I figured as so cheap it may not be all that great.. but it was beautiful, absolute luxury. The beach is amazing! Great snorkeling right at resort. Lots of fish, coral etc. You could spend your whole time right at resort. Spa is great, my pedicure is still great 1 month later! Pretty good food. The fiafia night was amazing! We stayed in hotel which was really nice, all we needed.
