Set in the heart of the Northern Drakensberg, Cavern Resort & Spa provides family-friendly accommodation located 65 km from Harrismith and 48 km from Bergville. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. What a perfect vacation. The other guests were friendly and the whole atmosphere is like a family. Would 100% go back and bring friends and family.

Riverbend Chalets (Gold Crown Resort) is set within the scenic Drakensberg Garden and boasts views of lush landscapes and the majestic Drakensberg Mountain Range. Friendly staff , clean facilities and very quiet place.

Located on the foothills of the Southern Drakensberg, Lake Naverone Holiday Cottages is set on large estate with 2 lakes and 7 km of river frontage. Staff were very friendly. Really good value.

Cayley Mountain Resort offers accommodation in Bergview, set in the central Drakensberg with views over the Cathkin Peak and Champagne Castle ranges. Stayed with family of 10 in 5 Bedroom manor. It is a beautiful home in the mountains. Large dining and lounge area with deck overlooking mountains and hot water splash pool. Very well furnished and designed en suite rooms. Very private with Air conditions and fireplace. Have vacationed extensively in the berg with family. This was by far the most comfortable and memorable. The last few kilometres to resort was a bit challenging however if you drive carefully it’s manageable. All the staff were excellent. Congratulations to management.

Offering magnificent views of the Drakensberg mountain range, Little Switzerland Resort is located a 30-minute drive from Bergville. The resort offers rooms and self-catering chalets. We loved everything. The lodge was so clean and had all the things we needed. The kitchen was very well equiped . The view at the terrace and the balcony was stunning. We also have to admit that the food in the restaurant was DELICIOUS (especially lamb chops and red velvet). We tried some activities like the kart, massage and some of the surroundings hike and everything was nice. The most important, the staff was lovely ! We have an incredible stay thanks !

Set in the charming Mkhomazana Valley, this resort offers hotel and cottage accommodation, and Southern Drakensberg views. Tours to Sani Pass with 4x4 vehicles depart daily from the resort. The property itself is beautiful. The hotel rooms very big. The staff were all professional and very friendly. Food in the restaurant was good value for money and presented beautifully. Cannot fault anyone.

Located in Southern Drakensberg, this resort offers spacious accommodation, an outdoor pool with scenic mountain views and a well-equipped fitness centre. There's lots of activities for all ages, food was tops, the rooms were actually bigger that expected coz we had two separate rooms... Staff is friendly..
