Fantastic location very close to the train station. Great premises and a very friendly staff. The hotel images exactly match with the reality. Cozy room with comfortable beds. Well assorted breakfast with coffee and tea available all day long. Free wine hour on Monday and Thursday! Definitely I recommend this place to stay when in Aarhus.

Very good breakfast served in a restaurant at the last floor with more than amazing view. Our room was really spacious and absolutely comfortable - actually a bedroom and a separate big room with sofa bed, wardrobe room in the corridor. Nice, clean and comfort bathroom. We had spectacular view from both rooms to the sea and Dokk1. The location was excellent - walking distance to all the places that worth to visit (we even walked to Den Gamle By - the Old Town Museum).

The Royal Hotel in Aarhus is absolutely beautiful, a historic building dating back to the mid-19th century, full of charm and character. The rooms are elegant, the staircase is stunning, and the original elevator from the early 1920s is a real gem. Service is excellent, and the location couldn’t be better, right in the best part of town. A truly unique place to stay!

The staff were all extremely smiley, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and tidy. The location was absolutely spot on in terms of where I needed to be. I'd definitely stay here again. A full 10 gold stars.

The hotel is ideally located beside the train station. The city hall if your getting married. The art museum. The shopping district. Walking distance to Dem Gamble By (the old town)which is a fascinating area to visit. A must if in Aarhus. The salling sky walk, to name a few!
