On arrival the staff welcomed us with refreshing drinks and some cold towels and a hand made flower necklace. Check in was seamless and we were offered free lunch to use over our stay. The staff brought our bags to our room and we were told about the facilities and how to contact reception etc. They also provided a mozzie plug in. Our room came with lots of snacks and drinks. The view from the room was amazing, our into the rain forest, absolutely stunning. Our private pool also had this same view, amazing, it blew our minds. The main pool also has this same view! The bathroom was gorgeous with a huge bath and a shower and plenty of space for our suitcases etc. The bed was super comfortable! The landscaping of the gardens around the rooms is amazing so nice to walk around and take it all in. We also received a massage in the onsite spa and it was so good and relaxing, definitely recommend.

Excellent staff, beautiful people. We felt very comfortable during our 4 day stay. The room on the first floor was great, clean and spacious with lovely balcony with the pool view. We had marvellous 4 days in Ubud thank to Sapodilla team! They are the best. The everyday shuttles to the Ubud centre were very convenient. We had an accident during our stay and needed a doctor. Team coordinated everything smoothly, they called the doctor before we got there and within 5minutes we were already taken care of medical staff.

Its in the best location. its not very close to city center its actually in the city center 😎. Breakfast is super nice and the services are amazing. All the staff are very kind and so welcoming. Also the night shift staff at the reception is very helpful. Thankyou soo much

Amazing hospitality. The food, the pool, the service was exceptional. We had a tour of local places and also adventure packages - ATV, all of which were coordinated with so much ease.loved it.....thank you ulun Ubud.

All the staff was exceptional to guarantee me an unforgettable experience. The staff has always been courteous, they took care of me taking into account my schedules. The stay in Ubdud was special thanks to them, I highly recommend it and I will be back for sure.

Small and very cosy and lovely place. Amazing location just in the middle of everything but very quiet

The room was impressively spacious for the price, and the breakfast was delightful. The host went above and beyond with her kindness and friendliness. We also appreciated the small yet clean swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. While the location may not be central, we found it enjoyable. If you're a gym enthusiast, you'll love that Massa's Fitness Center is just a short stroll away from the guest house. Additionally, there's a large supermarket not far away, as well as numerous cheap laundry facilities to choose from.
