The front desk staff were so helpful and very, very friendly. I felt I was really at home. Because the staff was extra friendly to me I will come back next year and bring my family and two other families. Thank you again to the staff. The room was excellent nice view of the canal very clean and very comfortable.

We have all read stories about Japan and how when travelers lose their belongings, it’s always returned to the rightful owner. Well it finally happened to me and I left my wallet with $450USD in the desk of my room at checkout. I called the Grand Park the day after checkout and the housekeeping staff had already turned it in.
