Really nice wellness with a nice view of the mountains, also from the rooms. The dinner was amazing! Tom was really helpful and made the experience even better!

As a concierge in a 5 star hotel, I can honestly say the service is exceptional in every level. Plus, the cottage looks like from a fairytale and is trully magnificent and remarkable. However, from the small gestures of kindness, I must say again - I was touched and fascinated, as it was actually my birthday on that very same day and absolutely made our stay simply unforgetable in a positive way.
