Our stay at the Oberoi Bengaluru was exceptional. We had spent a month travelling in various countries and wanted to stay somewhere special for the last few days of our trip but the Oberoi went well beyond our expectations. The staff are friendly, incredibly helpful and professional. We stayed in a luxury room and it was comfortable, beautifully decorated and well thought-out. The view over the lovely gardens and pool was a joy. The food at the Oberoi is outstanding - we had breakfast, one evening meal at Lapis (kudos to Mohar, we told him what kinds of foods we enjoyed most in India and he put together a beautiful selection of dishes for), and the Thai food was delicious. The Thai restaurant was fully booked on Saturday night but Mohar ensured we were able to enjoy a wonderful Thai meal on the garden terrace, and looked after us even though it was a really busy night. Breakfast has to be seen to be believed, it's the best we've enjoyed anywhere. And service in the Polo Club bar was great, we enjoyed having leisurely drinks on the outdoor terrace and chatting with the brilliant bar manager after a hectic day in the city. One thing that really stood out for us at this hotel was that staff took time to have a chat, and we enjoyed some interesting conversations with them, something quite rare in luxury hotel chains.

Boasting an operable helipad and a spacious outdoor swimming pool, ITC Gardenia offers luxurious rooms. Guests can also choose between 6 in-house restaurants and a bar. Beds were very comfortable. Food was excellent ,especially breakfast - (idli) I like the sustainability theme across the hotel - no plastics / recycle etc. Staff were all very professional and gracious.

Spread over 20 acres of landscaped gardens, this city retreat is located in central Bangalore next to Bangalore Golf Club. The Taj staff was exceptional and highlighted why even big local/foreign brands can’t compete with Taj’s hospitality. Your staff sets the brand. Pretty much every single staff member from arrival to exit made a personal effort to make our stay enjoyable and seamless. Karan, the Manager, was absolutely brilliant and worked out all the (crazy) requests we threw his way. All his efforts were much appreciated. The buggy team, housekeeping and the gardening staff too were always proactively asking if we needed any assistance, showed us around the property and told us anecdotes. We loved our experience and will definitely be keen to come back and recommend the West End to others. Thanks for everything!

Offering an outdoor pool and sun terrace, Taj Bangalore is strategically located opposite Kempegowda International Airport. The hotel has a spa centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The staff are amazing. Exceptional Service reflects the true Asian Values, that is sorely lacking in the West. The western hospitality is anything but! The closeness to the terminal makes the less than 5 min ride in the courtesy car relaxing.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Mysore is located in Mysore. It is 2 km from the Mysore Palace. Free WiFi access is available. Everything was of the highest quality at this property. One of the best Radisson hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My room was really spacious and comfortable and with an amazing view. Really nice spa and swimming pool facilities. All the staff were really professional and polite. Delicious food at the restaurant. I’m so happy I treated myself to this amazing experience

With a large outdoor pool fronting the property, Taj Yeshwantpur Bengaluru features a day spa and fitness facilities. Modern rooms boast floor-to-ceiling windows, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The staff was exceptional and attentive! Walked that extra mile to attend to customer requests. Ms Binta of the front office was so caring and courteous. I will definitely book this hotel in the future.

Welcome to Southernstar Mysore, an oasis of serenity in the heart of Mysuru, where the graceful sway of lush palm trees, coconut trees, and Ashoka trees in the gentle breeze invites you to embark on... Everything was very good. There is nothing negative we can think of.We all enjoyed it a lot, it was a lovely experience throughout.
