It was centrally located. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a heated pool and the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Auckland.

Amazing view! Loved having the patio/balcony. It’s far enough apart from the other property on site and also has a divider to feel private. Very clean, comfy, felt homelike. Communication with the host was great and very helpful. Check in and out was very easy. The driveway is no joke but passing other houses in Piha, that seemed to be quite common for the area.

At Orewa Beachcomber all our units are beautifully presented with touches of home and we cater for private or corporate guests. Great rooms and very friendly service.

Just 50 metres walk from the weekly village markets, guests enjoy a swimming pool, BBQ facilities and a children’s playground at Matakana Motel. Great managers of motel who made me feel veryw elcome even if it was a last minute booking. Great for exploring region

Boasting a tennis court, a private boat jetty and a heated outdoor pool, Riverside Matakana is located on the banks of the Glen Eden River. Loved the view, the location and the facilities. The simple layout with two bathrooms and laundry was great! We’ll definitely be back again for a longer stay.

Great location in walking distance to Mount Victoria, the harbor with the ferry and downtown Davenport. Large room and very helpful hosts. Thank you for a great stay.
