Ryokan Asunaro: A Traditional Japanese Inn in Takayama. Nestled just a 6-minute walk from Takayama Station and the Nohi Bus Center, Ryokan Asunaro offers an authentic Japanese inn experience. We went as a group and we loved the ryokan. It was very spacious, everything was very clean, and it was conveniently located near the bus station, the train station, and the city center where most of the shopping takes place. The rooms were the most spacious we stayed in throughout Japan, and the staff were all very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, and truly tried to go above and beyond for their guests. Every time we came back to the hotel we were greeted with an enthusiastic welcome back and ushered into the warmth and comfort of the reception area. Breakfast was exceptional and beautifully presented. The hotel also arranged for our luggage to be sent to our next destination which was extremely helpful as it meant we didn’t have to worry about storage lockers during our visit to nearby Shirakawa-go. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we’d be beyond delighted to come back.

LOVE EVERYTHING! Had a perfect stay in Miyama Ouan. From the staff,food,onsen and so on. It was a long drive from Kyoto to Takayama and when the bus arrived from the last station the free shuttle for pick-up is already there waiting for us, probably due to heavy snowfall at that time, THANK YOU! the resort is just a 5-10mins walk from the station but its impossible with all the snow. All the staff are kind and accommodating, they always make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Love their Yakuta, they let you chose which design you like. The room is spacious ,clean and the view from the bath is great. the onsen is perfect with a bit of snow falling . the view from the restaurant every breakfast is unparalleled. Thank you Miyama for giving me an unforgettable winter experience. Will definitely come back again!

Perfect for a relaxing stay, rooms were very comfortable and service was excellent! Tao (hope I’m spelling that right) was very sweet and attentive. We also had dinner and breakfast and food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this place! 👍

Το 寅家 Japanese modern hotel βρίσκεται σε Gero, σε απόσταση 700μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Gero Station και προσφέρει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge. The staff was incredibly helpful. The space is comfortable and clean. The private onsen onsite was great. It is also very conveniently located. Highly recommend!

The meals were exquisite. The house was beautiful, and the owners hospitality was so warm and inviting.

Το Yunohirakan βρίσκεται σε Takayama, σε απόσταση 35 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Σταθμός Takayama και παρέχει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi and δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. We felt right at home in Yunohirakan. The rooms were comfortable, and the very quiet location as well as the height allowed us to sleep comfortably with the windows open. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And we especially loved the evening meals which were delicious!
