Conveniently located in central Kyoto, Ryokan KANADE offers a Japanese-style garden. The place was beautiful. My only regret is not taking the in-house breakfast and dinner.

Featuring an on-site public hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant, Yuno Yado Shoei is located an 8-minute walk away from JR Tambaguchi Station. This hotel offers a peaceful ambiance and boasts beautiful decorations. The onsen is delightful, and the staff members are incredibly helpful. Even though some of them may not speak English fluently, they utilize translation devices to provide valuable information regarding baggage transportation. Furthermore, when my mother accidentally left her trousers in the room, the staff promptly packed them in a lovely manner and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel in Kyoto.

The hotel is in a quiet side street about 15 minutes walk from the main train station. Bus and train are nearby. The private Onzen next to the bath room guarantees a relaxing break after a full day of sight seeing.

Very convenient hotel with lovely staff. Special thanks to Pierre who gave me full guidance about the city. Hotel has great location not far from Gion district and Nishiki market. Breakfast was great.

The staff are very nice in help you to park the car and taking photo. The hotel is very close to the two famous onsen. The dinner and breakfast are rich and traditional.

Buddhist temple berusia 1000 tahun, Shukubo Koya-san Eko-in menawarkan penginapan gaya Jepun, taman yang indah serta Wifi percuma. Amazing place to stay, extremely recommended. A really great experience in general - I stayed in one of the suites and could not have asked for a more relaxing and peaceful place to stay, only a short walk from Okunoin Cemetary and an easy walk to the rest of town. Very close to the bus stop from Koyasan Station. Staff were always helpful and the meals were unbelievably delicious and satisfying, even though I needed to ask for a soy-free modification. The best food I ate during my stay!

Founded in the 12th century and beloved by Junichiro Tanizaki and other Japanese novelists, Tosen Goshobo is the oldest of the hot-spring inns at Arima. Fantastic experience. Unbelievable Japan-style dinner.

We only stayed one night but it was worth it. We were looking into a traditional Ryokan experience and that’s what we received. The complete staff was super kind, they welcomed us, received our bags before check in and later when we came up they welcomed us with tea and local sweets. In the night we had our kaiseki dinner (13 courses) it was a lot but definitely an experience to remember. Not good tho for sensitive paladars, be prepared to eat everything. The girl who served as our host was super nice and explained us everything. The private bath was also a highlight. We loved every second.
