Biwako Ryokusuitei offers Japanese-style/Western rooms with Lake Biwako views, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Was very good all around with everything taken care off. You have plenty off amenities in a beautiful location with amazing staff. It had a shuttle from the train station and everything was convenient. The place and onsets are beautiful and the food was great.

The staff was extremely kind and caring. There is a shuttle to and from the train station which is practical. The view was beautiful and it was very peaceful.

This was one of the best and aesthetically pleasing stays in my life up to this point. The tastefulness of the room aswell as the whole hotel was truly amazing. The minute I stepped in I knew I had to write something here. The staff also was immensly polite and friendly.

Everything was great, amazing building, very comfortable facilities, room and futon. Staff was kind and friendly. Also in a great location and the meal was delicious!

Only a 5-minute drive from JR Ogoto Onsen Station with the complimentary shuttle, hotel Yuzanso features Japanese-style rooms with a private open-air hot spring bath and spectacular views of Biwako... The breakfast was very good, quite a variety. Tasty the Japanese way. The location is a bit far out but the train and their shuttle helped a lot. Place is nice and quiet to relax. As I am a Muslim I was happy to see that you have the Japan Halal certification so we feel confidant to come again and share news with family and friends. You also had souveniers but I had to scan one by one to see if it is halal.
